Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním prováděcí dokumentace pro novostavbu polyfunkční budovy ve Frýdku-Místku. Budova má tři nadzemní podlaží. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází restaurace se zázemím. V druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží se nachází administrativní prostory. Budova má kombinovaný nosný systém, kdy je železobetonová stropní deska vynášena pomocí zděných stěn z vápenopískových tvárnic a železobetonových sloupů. Celý objekt je zateplen pomocí vnějšího kontaktního zateplovacího systému mimo první nadzemní podlaží, kde je navržena provětrávaná fasáda s tepelnou izolací z minerální plsti. Střecha objektu je navržena jako nepochozí plochá jednoplášťová. Diploma thesis focuses on the processing of detailed documentation for newly-built mixed-use building in Frýdek-Místek. The building has three above ground floors. On the first floor there is a restaurant with facilities. On the second and third floor there are office spaces. The building has combined support system, which is a reinforced concrete slab carried by masonry wall system of sand-lime blocks and reinforced concrete columns. The entire building is insulated using external contact thermal insulation system outside the first floor, which is designed ventilated facade with thermal insulation of mineral wool. The roof of the building is designed as a non-walkable flat single roof.
