[cze][eng] V ošetřovatelském procesu se nejvíce uplatňuje inspirace ošetřovatelského týmu a jednotlivce, ovlivňování myšlení a chování jednotlivých členů ošetřovatelského týmu za účelem ovlivnění výsledku a úspěchu celé skupiny. Mezi klíčové prvky ovlivňování druhých patří manažerský styl vedoucího pracovníka. První cíl bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaký styl vedení je sestrami manažerkami v praxi nejvíce využíván. Pro hodnocení stylu vedení sester manažerek byla použita manažerská mřížka. Stanovena byla H1: Vedoucí sestry nejvíce využívají styl ?týmového řízení?. Druhým cílem bylo zjistit, zda jsou směnné sestry považovány za partnery svých sester manažerek. Pro hodnocení partnerského vztahu mezi směnnými sestrami a vedoucími sestrami bylo vybráno pět tvrzení vztahujících se k vyjádření partnerského vztahu (spolupráce, osobní a pracovní prostor, pracovní schopnosti, cíle a lidské vztahy, respekt). Byla stanovena H2: Směnné sestry hodnotí vztah s vedoucí sestrou jako ?partnerský?. První část bakalářské práce je věnována teoretickým poznatkům z oblasti vedení a řízení, dělení stylů vedení a jejich využití v systému vedení a poskytování ošetřovatelské péče. Zpracování empirické části bakalářské práce bylo realizováno na základě použití kvantitativní metody výzkumu. Pro získání údajů a potřebných dat bylo použito dotazování technikou dotazníku určeného pro směnné sestry. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno v Nemocnici Rudolfa a Stefanie Benešov, a.s., nemocnici Středočeského kraje. Šetření bylo provedeno na celkem 21 stanicích lůžkových oddělení. Celkem bylo rozdáno 190 dotazníků. Návratnost činila 92 %. Zpracováno bylo 175 dotazníků. Výzkumným šetřením bylo zjištěno, že nejvíce využívaný styl pro vedení směnných sester je styl ?střední cesta?, s výsledkem průměru 4,46, těsně následovaný stylem ?týmového řízení? s výsledkem průměru 4,44. Předpokládaná H1 byla nepotvrzena. Hodnocení vztahu mezi směnnými a vedoucími sestrami jako partnerského bylo stanoveno souhlasnými stanovisky v 85 % k pěti vybraným tvrzením. Předpokládaná H2 byla potvrzena. V praxi je možné navázat na zjištěné skutečnosti nejvíce využívaných stylů vedení. Sestry manažerky je tak možné na základě vyhodnocených stylů vedení vzdělávat v technikách vedení, rozvoji jednotlivých činností manažerů a jejich aplikaci v praxi. Budoucí manažery důsledně vybírat, pečlivě připravovat na manažerskou pozici a učit manažerským dovednostem. The most common techniques used in the nursing process include the inspiration of both the nursing team and its individual members and influencing the thinking and behaviour of the individual members of the nursing team for the purpose of affecting the outcome and success of the team as a whole. One of the key elements influencing the others is the manager?s leadership style. The first objective of this Bachelor?s thesis was to determine the leadership style mostly commonly used by nurse managers. In order to assess the leadership style of nurse managers, a managerial grid was used. H1 was determined as: Nurse managers mostly use the ?team management? style. The second objective was to determine whether regular nurses are considered to be partners of their respective nurse managers. In order to assess the relationship between regular nurses and nurse manager, five statement describing their relationship (cooperation, personal and work space, work skills, goals and human relations, respect) were selected. H2 was determined as: Regular nurses consider the relationship with the nurse manager to be a ?partnership?. The first part of the Bachelor´s thesis is dedicated to the theoretical knowledge in the area of leadership and management, classification of leadership styles and their use within the system of leadership and provision of the nursing care. The empirical part of the Bachelor?s thesis was drafted using a quantitative research method. In order to obtain the necessary data and information, a questionnaire designed for regular nurses was used. The research survey was conducted at Nemocnice Rudolfa a Stefanie Benešov, a.s., Hospital of the Central Bohemia Region. The survey was conducted at a total of 21 inpatient department centres. A total of 190 questionnaires were distributed. The return rate was 92%. Therefore, 175 questionnaires were processed. The research survey revealed that the leadership style most commonly used by nurse managers with respect to regular nurses is the ?middle way?, with an average result of 4.46, closely followed by the ?team management?, with an average result of 4.44. The expected H1 was not confirmed. The relationship between nurse managers and regular nurses characterised as ?partnership? was supported by affirmative answers with respect to the five selected statements in 85% of the cases. The expected H2 was confirmed. In practice, it is possible to build on the most commonly used leadership styles to have been identified. Based on the evaluated leadership styles, nurse managers may be trained in leadership techniques, development of individual managerial activities and their practical application. Future managers may then be selected in a consistent manner, meticulously prepared for the managerial position and taught managerial skills.
