Bakalárska práca vysvetľuje dopad elektrickej stimulácie na svalové a nervové vlákna. Popisuje priebeh stimulácie a zásady, ktoré sa pri stimulácii elektrickým prúdom uplatňujú a približuje konkrétnu stimuláciu svalu palca. Práca dáva solídny základ pre pochopenie procesov prítomných pri stimulovaní živých tkanív, ktorý je kľúčový pri realizácii stimulačného prístroja. V práci je vytvorený program v Matlabe, ktorým užívateľ komunikuje s programom mikrokontroléra ATMega328 platformy Arduino Uno. Arduino generuje signál a riadi koncový stupeň stimulátora. Ďalej bol navrhnutý zosilňovač, ktorý generovaný signál zosilňuje, a koncový stupeň. Bachelor thesis explains the effect of electrical stimulation on muscle and nerve fiber. It describes the process of stimulation and principles that apply while stimulation with electric current is applied. Specific muscle stimulation of thumb is described. Work provides a solid base of knowledge for understanding the processes that are present in stimulation of living tissue, which will be implemented in construction of stimulator. User graphical interface was created in Matlab. User can communicate using this program with microcontroller ATMega328 of Arduino Uno Board. Microcontroller processes received data and generates voltage on its output pins. An amplifier and electrode triggering system was designed as well.
