Diplomová práce je zaměřena na proces zavádění Competitive Intelligence do vybrané firmy. Účelem této práce je navrhnout způsob, který by firmě pomohl s orientací v konkurenčním prostředí a zlepšil tak její postavení na trhu. Poznatky z teoretické i analytické části jsou využity jako výchozí body pro vlastní návrh procesu Competitive Intelligence a pro určení správné metody analýzy nejvýznamnějšího konkurenta. The diploma thesis is focused on the process of introducing Competitive Intelligence into a selected company. The purpose of this thesis is to propose a way that would help the company with orientation in a competitive environment and thus improve its position in the market. The knowledge from the theoretical and analytical part is used as starting points for the actual design of the Competitive Intelligence process and for determining the best method of analysis of the most important competitor.
