Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění 11 nemovitostí typu byt v Ústí nad Orlicí vybranými způsoby ocenění. Následně je provedeno srovnání těchto metod a analýza vybraných faktorů ovlivňujících cenu zjištěnou a obvyklou. The aim of this master´s thesis is valuation of 11 real estate propetries of type flat in Ústí nad Orlicí by selected methods of valuation. Subsequently comparison of these methods and analysis of selected factors influencing the ascertained price and the standard price is done.
