Předmětem bakalářské práce je realizace podnikatelského záměru vedlejší živnosti stu-denta vysoké školy. Práce se zabývá především otázkami z oblasti marketingu a české legislativy. V první části jsou zpracovaná teoretická východiska potřebná k založení živnosti spolu s povinnostmi poplatníka a vytvoření marketingového mixu. Další, prak-tické, části zahrnují marketingový mix aplikovaný do praxe, analýzu SWOT spolu s ná-vrhy využití příležitostí a eliminaci hrozeb a také řeší otázku úspory nákladů. The aim of this bachelor´s theses is to implement prospectus for undergraduate’s side lines. The work is mainly concerned with marketing questions and Czech legislation. The first part contains theory, which is necessary to set up the business, deals with mar-keting mix creation and describes duties of a taxpayer. The next practical part demon-strates marketing mix application, SWOT analysis, suggest how to take advantage of opportunities and eliminates threats. It is also focused on economizing.
