Tato diplomová práce se zabývá variabilitou rychlosti pulzní vlny. Zabývá se studiem vyhodnocení variability kardiovaskulárních signálů. Zpracovává rešerši metod měření rychlosti pulzní vlny a využití její analýzy ve fyziologii a patologické fyziologii. Aplikuje spektrální analýzu v prostředí Matlab na soubor dat. Vyhodnocuje a diskutuje výsledky této analýzy. This diploma thesis deals with the variability of pulse wave velocity. It studies the variability of cardiovascular signals. It presents the research of measurement of pulse wave velocity and its analysis in physiology and pathological physiology. Applies spectral analysis in Matlab to a data set. It evaluates and reviews the results of this analysis
