Na základe môjho štúdia z druhého ročníka bakalárskeho štúdia na stavebnej fakulte v Brne je vypracovaná nasledujúca záverečná bakalárska práca. Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce bolo vypracovať realizačný projekt bytového viladomu. Objekt sa skladá z dvoch viladomov, ktoré sú prepojené garážami. V ľavej budove sa nachádza 1 podzemné podlažie a tri nadzemné podlažia a v pravej budove sa nachádza jedno podzemné podlažie a štyri nadzemných podlaží. V prvom podzemnom podlaží sa nachádzajú garáže, pivničné priestory, spoločné komunikácie, technické zázemie budovy a dva jednopodlažné byty. V prvom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádza jeden jednopodlažný byt a dva mezonetové. V ostatných podlažiach sú už iba mezonetové byty. V objekte sa celkovo nachádzajú tri jednopodlažné a šesť mezonetových bytov. Každí z bytov ma svoju vlastnú terasu. Objekt má kombinovaný nosný systém, pričom vgarážových priestoroch sa jedná oskelet zo železobetónových stĺpov aprievlakov, ktorý je oddilatovaný od objektov viladomov navrhnutých so stenovým nosným systémom. Vprvom podzemnom podlaží je stenový systém murovaný zvápenopieskových tvárnic Silka, zdôvodu ich vyššej pevnosti vtlaku, nadzemné podlažia sú zpórobetónových tvárnic Ytong. Objekt je založený včasti so skeletom na základových pätkách avčasti so stenovým systémom na základových pásoch. Based on my study from the second year of bachelor study at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Brno, the following final bachelor's thesis is elaborated. The aim of my bachelor thesis was to prepare an implementation project for a residential villas. The building consists of two villas, which are connected by garages. In the left building there are 1 underground floor and 3 above-ground floors, and in the right building there is one underground floor and four above-ground floors. On the first floor there are garages, cellars, common communications, technical background of the building and two single-storey flats. On the first floor there is one single-storey apartment and two maisonettes. On the other floors there are only maisonettes. There are three single-storey and six maisonettes in total. Each of the apartments has its own terrace. The building has a combined load-bearing system, with the garages construction made of reinforced concrete columns, which is separated from the villas designed with the wall support system. At the front of the underground floor, the wall system is walled with sandwich blocks Silka, due to their higher strength of the pressure, above ground floors are Ytong concrete blocks. The pillar stand on the simple foundation pad and walls are on the foundation strips.
