Tato práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců a možnostmi odvodové optimalizace při odměňování. Provedu analýzu současného modelu odměňování ve zvolené firmě. Cílem bude navrhnout nový model odměňování, který bude zaměstnance motivovat k vyšší produktivitě a bude využívat odvodových výhod zaměstnaneckých benefitů. The present thesis deals with employee motivation and tax payment optimization. I am going to analyse the current renumeration scheme in a chosen company. The target will be to design a new incentive scheme which will encourage employees to achieve a higher productivity using the tax advantages of employee benefits.
