This study examines the link between legislative frameworks, technical advancements, stakeholder engagement, and market conditions in Sri Lanka's bio-based sectors. It identifies bio blunders and regulatory gaps as the root causes of the economic crisis affecting the agriculture industry. The research uses a robust methodology, including conceptual frameworks, correlational analysis, and detailed questionnaires. The findings emphasize the importance of technological developments, market access, and stakeholder participation for sustainable growth. The study provides actionable recommendations for policymakers and stakeholders to shift Sri Lanka's bio-based businesses towards sustainability. Tato studie zkoumá souvislost mezi legislativními rámci, technickým pokrokem, zapojením zúčastněných stran a tržními podmínkami v bioodvětvích na Srí Lance. Identifikuje biologické chyby a mezery v právních předpisech jako hlavní příčiny hospodářské krize postihující zemědělský průmysl. Výzkum využívá robustní metodologii, včetně koncepčních rámců, korelační analýzy a podrobných dotazníků. Zjištění zdůrazňují důležitost technologického rozvoje, přístupu na trh a účasti zainteresovaných stran pro udržitelný růst. Studie poskytuje vhodná doporučení pro tvůrce politik a zúčastněné strany, aby posunuli biopodniky Srí Lanky směrem k udržitelnosti.
