ŠTĚPÁNKOVÁ, T. Instagram jako komunikační nástroj prevence plýtvání potravinami u generace Z. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2023. V současnosti je problematika plýtvání potravinami považována za celosvětově závažný problém, jelikož se každoročně vyplýtvají tisíce tun potravin. K plýtvání potravinami dochází ve všech fázích potravinového řetězce, největší podíl však představují domácnosti. Pro minimalizaci tohoto odpadu je proto nutná změna ve spotřebitelském chování. Tato diplomová práce si tudíž klade za cíl na základě identifikace klíčových faktorů, ovlivňujících míru plýtvání potravinami u konečných spotřebitelů generace Z, navrhnout vhodnou komunikační kampaň na oblíbené síti Instagram zaměřenou na prevenci plýtvání potravinami a podporu udržitelného chování. Tato komunikační strategie vychází především z informací poskytnutých kvantitativním a kvalitativním výzkumem a měla by pozitivně přispět ke změně chování při spotřebě potravin. ŠTĚPÁNKOVÁ, T. At present, food waste is considered to be a serious problem worldwide, as thousands of tonnes of food are wasted every year. Food waste occurs at all stages of the food chain, but households account for the largest share. A change in consumer behaviour is therefore needed to minimise this waste. This thesis therefore aims to propose an appropriate communication campaign on the popular Instagram network aimed at preventing food waste and promoting sustainable behaviour, based on the identification of key factors influencing food waste rates among final consumers of the Z generation. This communication strategy is based primarily on information provided by quantitative and qualitative research and should make a positive contribution to changing food consumption behaviour.
