Šoustar, M. Klíčové faktory finanční výkonnosti podnikatelských subjektů v odvětví výroby masných výrobků. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2023. Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací klíčových faktorů finanční výkonnosti podnikatelských subjektů z odvětví výroby masných výrobků v kontextu působení symetrického ekonomického šoku na území České republiky. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout pro tyto podniky taková doporučení, která povedou ke zvýšení ekonomické výkonnosti. K naplnění hlavního cíle byla zpracována situační analýza daného odvětví spolu s komplexními finančními analýzami dvou vybraných podniků, včetně porovnání s odvětvím. Klíčové faktory byly určeny pomocí korelační a citlivostní analýzy s testováním změn na datech odvětví. Na základě těchto výsledků jsou v závěru práce deklarována obecná doporučení pro oblasti klíčových faktorů směřující k pozitivnímu ovlivnění ekonomické výkonnosti hospodářských subjektů v odvětví výroby masných výrobků. Brno: Mendel University, 2023 The diploma thesis deals with the identification of key factors of the financial performance of business entities from the meat products industry in the context of the effect of a symmetrical economic shock on the territory of the Czech Republic. The main goal of the work is to propose such recommendations for these enterprises that will lead to an increase in economic performance. To fulfil the main goal, a situational analysis of the given industry was prepared together with comprehensive financial analysis of two selected companies, including a comparison with the industry. Key factors were determined using correlation and sensitivity analysis with change testing on industry data. At the end of the work, based on these results, general recommendations are declared for the areas of key factors aimed at positively influencing the economic performance of economic entities in the meat products production sector.
