Metodika popisuje problematiku ex-situ ochrany ohrožených druhů rostlin, zejména kultivací. Hodnotí jejich rizika a možnosti jejich eliminace. Dále stanovuje pravidla pro ex-situ kultivace ohrožených druhů rostlin v soukromých zahradách a na příkladu kuřičky hadcové demonstruje její průběh. The methodology describes the issue of ex-situ protection of endangered plant species, especially through cultivation. It evaluates their risks and the possibilities of their elimination. It also sets out the rules for the ex-situ cultivation of endangered plant species in private gardens and demonstrates its process using the example of Minuartia smejkalii.
