Diplomová práce se věnuje spontánnímu dobrovolnictví během ukrajinské uprchlické krize v ČR. Cílem je odhalit důvody a příčiny vedoucí k dobrovolnictví a jeho dlouhodobému pokračování. Výzkum se zaměřuje na perspektivu dobrovolníků a analyzuje jejích zkušenosti a hodnoty v kontextu organizačního prostředí. Teoretická část obsahuje koncepty související s problematikou dobrovolnictví v čase krize, které pomáhají lépe porozumět a interpretovat výsledky. Výzkum byl realizován pomoci polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s dobrovolníky, jejichž výstupy jsou konkrétní faktory ovlivňující rozhodnutí stát se dobrovolníkem a pokračovat dlouhodobě. Závěr zahrnuje analýzu významu organizačního kontextu a přístupu organizace k dobrovolníkům s praktickými doporučeními pro neziskové organizace nejen v čase krize. The thesis explores spontaneous type of volunteering during the Ukrainian refugee crisis in the Czech Republic. Its aim is to describe the reasons and causes leading to the decision to engage in volunteering and to continue in the long-term. The research focuses on the perspective of the volunteers engaged with non-profit organizations, analyzing their experiences and values. The theoretical part contains concepts related to the issue of volunteering in times of crisis, which help to better understand and interpret the results. The research was conducted through semi- structured interviews with volunteers, the outputs of which are specific factors influencing the decision to become a volunteer and to sustain involvement over the long-term. The conclusion includes an analysis of the significance of the organizational context and the organization's approach to volunteers, along with practical recommendations for nonprofit organizations, not only during times of crisis.
