Psychedeliky asistovaná psychoterapie je na popularitě nabývající metoda, která představuje potenciál v léčbě duševních potíží, primárně depresivních a úzkostných poruch. V České republice je prozatím dostupná ve formě ketaminem asistované psychoterapie. Proces odkrývání je psychoterapeutický mechanismus, fungující na principu uvědomování vnitřních obsahů mysli, který může přispívat k pozitivní psychoterapeutické změně. Literárně přehledová část práce nabízí přehled teorie o psychedelikách, psychedeliky asistované psychoterapii a procesu odrývání. Cílem empirické části práce bylo zmapovat subjektivní zkušenosti klientů, kteří prošli ketaminem asistovanou psychoterapií, se zaměřením na proces odkrývání zažitý během léčby. Vzorek byl složen z šesti žen ve věku 29 až 34 let, s depresivní a úzkostnou symptomatikou. Metodou sběru dat byl polostrukturovaný rozhovor, kvalitativní data byla zpracována pomocí tematické analýzy. Výsledky ukázaly, že ketaminem asistovaná psychoterapie může proces odkrývání facilitovat, nastínily možné podoby odkrývání a ukázaly, že odkrývání bylo respondenty zažíváno primárně jako pocit Jáství a vlastní integrity. K faktorům, které napomohly tomu, že k odkrývání došlo, patřili osoba terapeuta, integrační sezení a motivace klienta. Po ketaminem asistované psychoterapii... Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy is a method gaining popularity that presents potential in the treatment of mental health problems, primarily depressive and anxiety disorders. In the Czech Republic, it is currently available in the form of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. The process of uncovering is a psychotherapeutic mechanism, operating on the principle of awareness of the inner contents of the mind, which can contribute to positive psychotherapeutic change. The literature review part of the thesis offers an overview of the theory of psychedelics, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and the process of uncovering. The empirical part of the thesis aimed to map the subjective experiences of clients who have undergone ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, focusing on the process of uncovering experienced during treatment. The sample consisted of six women, aged 29 to 34 years, with depressive and anxiety symptoms. The method of data collection was semi-structured interview, qualitative data were processed using thematic analysis. The results showed that ketamine-assisted psychotherapy can facilitate the process of uncovering, they also outlined possible forms of uncovering, and showed that uncovering was experienced by respondents primarily as a sense of self and self-integrity.
