The thesis is mainly devoted to primary care in Slovakia. Through the analysis of semi- structured interviews with important actors of health policy, but also ordinary doctors, analyzes the attitudes of these actors, identifies the patterns that emerged from their statements, subjects them to mutual confrontation, finds agreements and alliances, and draws conclusions. The thesis is working with advocacy coalition framework and is using stakeholder analysis. Práca sa venuje primárnej starostlivosti na Slovensku. Prostredníctvom analýzy pološtruktúrovaných rozhovorov s významnými aktérmi zdravotnej politiky, ale aj bežnými lekármi, analyzuje postoje týchto aktérov, identifikuje vzorce, ktoré sa z ich vyjadrení vynorili, podrobuje ich vzájomnej konfrontácií, nachádza zhody a spojenectvá a vyvodzuje závery. Práca pracuje s teóriou advokačných koalícií a využíva stakeholder analýzu.
