Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na srovnání tří zařízení určených pro měření ekvivalentního černého uhlíku (dále jen eBC - equivalent black carbon), konkrétně přístroje MAAP (Víceúhlový absorpční fotometr) model 5012, Aethalometer model AE33 a semi-kontinuální analyzátor organického a elementárního uhlíku. Přístroje sbíraly koncentrace eBC v areálu Ústavu chemických procesů AV ČR, v.v.i. (ÚCHP) na severozápadě Prahy od 4.10.2021 do 30.9.2022. Nejprve byly porovnány celkové koncentrace eBC mezi všemi zmíněnými přístroji neparametrickým Wilcoxonovým testem, dále byly z výsledků zjištěny denní, týdenní a roční chody BC. Nakonec byly vypočteny hodnoty Ångströemova absorpčního koeficientu, průřezu absorpce hmoty - MAC (Mass absorption cross section) a harmonizačního faktoru C, který pro zmíněnou oblast měření nebyl dosud určen. U všech přístrojů jsme zjistili vzájemnou shodu, kterou potvrdily koeficienty korelace u AE33 a MAAP r=0,88, u AE33 a OC/EC r=0,83 a u MAAP a OC/EC r=0,76 a také hodnoty koeficientů determinace mezi jednotlivými přístroji, které vyšly u AE33 a OC/EC R2 =0,68, u OC/EC a MAAP R2 =0,57 a u AE33 a MAAP R2 =0,77. Největší shoda byla nalezena mezi přístroji AE33 a MAAP, s koeficientem determinace R2 = 0,77 a korelační koeficient r= 0,88 při hodnocení hodinových průměrů. Hmotnostní... This thesis focuses on comparing three devices designed for measuring equivalent black carbon (referred to as eBC - equivalent black carbon), specifically the MAAP instrument (Multi-Angle Absorption Photometer) model 5012, the Aethalometer model AE33, and a semi-continuous analyzer of organic and elemental carbon. The instruments collected eBC concentrations at the Institute of Chemical Process Fundamentals of the Czech Academy of Sciences (Ústav chemických procesů AV ČR, v.v.i.) in the northwest of Prague from October 4, 2021, to September 30, 2022. Initially, total eBC concentrations were compared between all mentioned instruments using the non-parametric Wilcoxon test. Subsequently, daily, weekly, and annual variations in BC were determined. Finally, values of the Ångström absorption coefficient, mass absorption cross section (MAC), and harmonization factor C, which had not been determined for the mentioned measurement area, were calculated. For all instruments, a mutual agreement was found, confirmed by correlation coefficients: AE33 and MAAP with r=0.88, AE33 and OC/EC with r=0.83, and MAAP and OC/EC with r=0.76.
