I Abstrakt Název: Viscerovertebrální vztahy se zaměřením na GERD Cíle: Diplomová práce se zabývá přiblížením viscerovertebrálních vztahů se zaměřením na gastroezofageálního refluxu (GERD) a možnosti jejich využití v rámci fyzioterapie pacientů s GERD. Práce bude rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Cílem teoretické části práce bude shrnout dosavadní poznatky o GERD a zmíněných viscerovertebrálních vztazích se zřetelem na konkrétní techniku - stimulaci Chapmanových bodů. Cílem praktické části práce je představit studii za účelem posouzení efektu stimulace Chapmanových bodů v rámci fyzioterapie pacientů s GERD. Metody: Studie spočívá v aplikaci fyzioterapeutické intervence na probandy náhodně rozřazené do dvou skupin - kontrolní a experimentální. Intervence měla charakter individuální fyzioterapie o délce přibližně 45 minut, 1x týdně po dobu 4 týdnů, a domácí autoterapie na základě instruktáže. Terapie obou skupin se lišila zařazením stimulace Chapmanových bodů u experimentální skupiny. Jako metoda testování efektu terapie byly využity dva standardizované dotazníky pro hodnocení symptomů a kvality života pacientů s GERD - "GERD-HRQL" a "Reflux symptom index podle Belafského", které byly probandům předloženy před zahájením a po ukončení intervence. I Abstract Title: Viscerovertebral relations focusing on GERD Objectives: The thesis is focused on describing viscerovertebral relations focusing on GERD and physiotherapeutic possibilities of using these relations to influence this disease. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and research. The aim of the theoretical part is to summarize the current knowledge about GERD and mentioned viscerovertebral relations focusing on specific technique - stimulation of the Chapman points. The aim of the research part is to present the study to assess the effect of stimulation of the Chapman points in physiotherapy of patients with GERD. Methods: The study consists of the application of a physiotherapy intervention to probands randomly divided into two groups - control and experimental. The intervention consisted of individual physiotherapy lasting approximately 45 minutes, once a week for 4 weeks, and self-therapy at home based on instructions. The therapy of both groups differed by the inclusion of the Chapman points stimulation in the experimental group.
