Název: Vliv maximální síly v bench press na sílu úderu v bojových sportech Cíle: Cílem práce je zjistit, zda má maximální síla v bench pressu vliv na sílu úderu v bojových (úpolových) sportech a zda je tedy výhodné zařadit bench press do tréninku při rozvoji síly horních končetin v bojových sportech. Dále pak ověřit, zda existuje souvislost mezi maximální silou úderu a doplňkovými proměnnými, do kterých spadá rychlost zdvihu činky při bench pressu, průsečík osy rychlosti V0, průsečík osy zátěže L0, plocha pod čarou a sklon regresní přímky. Metody: Výzkum byl založen na testování maximální síly bench pressu na jedno opakovací maximum a maximální síly zadního přímého úderu dominantní horní končetiny. Během testů bylo využito pozičních transducerů pro měření rychlosti zdvihu činky a silové desky pro změření síly úderu. Vyhodnocení naměřených dat proběhlo pomocí Shapiro-Wilkova testu normality rozložení dat a následné korelační analýzy s využitím Spearmanova korelačního koeficientu. Výsledky: Mezi jedním opakovacím maximem v bench pressu a maximální silou úderu nebyl prokázán statisticky významný rozdíl (p = 0,144). Avšak u porovnání plochy pod čarou a maximální silou zadního přímého úderu dominantní horní končetiny byl nalezen statisticky významný rozdíl (p = 0,011). Klíčová slova: Síla horních... Title: The effect of maximal strength in bench press on punch force in combat sports Objectives: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out whether the maximum strength in the bench press has an effect on the force of the punch in combat sports and whether it is therefore advantageous to include the bench press in training for the development of the strength of the upper limbs in combat sports. Next, to verify whether there is a connection between the maximum force of the punch and additional variables, which include the speed of lifting the barbell during the bench press, the intercept of the speed axis V0, the intercept of the load axis L0, the area under the line and the slope of the regression line. Methods: The research was based on testing bench press maximum strength for one repetition maximum and maximum force of the rear cross punch of the dominant upper limb. During tests were used position transducers to measure the lifting speed of the barbell and force plate to measure the impact of punch. The evaluation of the measured data took place using the Shpiro-Wilk test of normality of data distribution and subsequent correlation analysis using the Spearman correlation coefficient.
