Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje procesu řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení, v Univerzitní nemocnici v Martině, v období pandémie, tedy v letech 2020-2022. Cílem bylo identifikovat změny v řízení lidských zdrojů, které vznikly v souvislosti s krizovou situací, a určit jejich ekonomický dopad. Změny byly identifikovány na základě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, který byl proveden s pracovníky Univerzitní nemocnice v Martině. Ekonomické dopady těchto změn byly identifikovány na základě analýzy změn jednotlivých položek v účetních závěrkách ve sledovaném období. Výsledkem je určení ekonomických dopadů jednotlivých změn v řízení lidských zdrojů v Univerzitní nemocnici v Martině a doporučení ke zlepšení efektivity procesu řízení lidských zdrojů s ohledem na jejich ekonomický dopad. This bachelor thesis is devoted to the process of human resources manage-ment in a selected health care facility, the University Hospital in Martin, in the pe-riod of pandemia, i.e. in the years 2020-2022. The aim was to identify the changes in human resources management arising in connection with the crisis situation and to determine their economic impact. The changes were identified on the basis of a semi-structured interview conducted with the staff of the University Hospital in Martin. The economic impact of these changes was identified by analysing the changes in individual items in the financial statements over the period under review. As a result, the economic impacts of individual changes in the management of human resources at the University Hospital in Martin were determined and recommendations were made to improve the efficiency of the human resources management process with regard to their economic impact.
