Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem celoročně využívaného zahradního domku v obci Želeč (okres Prostějov). Domek se nachází na zahradě za rodinným domem a bude využíván k pobytu rodiny s dětmi. Jedná se o jednopodlažní objekt s dřevěnou nosnou sloupkovou konstrukcí, nepodsklepený, zastřešený šikmou střechou s možností využívání podstřešního prostoru. Na výhodní straně je umístěn přístavek pro uskladnění ovoce a zeleniny. V rámci umístění objektu na zahradní část pozemku, dojde k částečnému zbourání stávajícího nevyužívaného objektu. Pro výběr a odsouhlasení nejvhodnějšího řešení zahradního domku jsou navrženy čtyři dispoziční a prostorové varianty. Pro konečnou alternativu je vyhotovena výkresová dokumentace, která je doplněná o stavebně konstrukční řešení včetně základních technických výpočtů. This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a year-round garden house in the village of Želeč (Prostějov district). The house is located in the garden behind the family house and will be used for the stay of a family with children. It is a one-storey building with a wooden column structure, unbasement, roofed with a pitched roof with the possibility of using the under-roof space. There is an outbuilding on the convenient side for storing fruit and vegetables. As part of the siting of the building on the garden part of the site, there will be a partial demolition of the existing unused building. Four layout and space options are proposed to select and agree the most suitable garden house solution. For the final alternative, a drawing documentation is prepared, which is supplemented by a structural design including basic technical calculations.
