[cze][eng] Diplomová práce na téma hodnocení rozvojového potenciálu brownfields na území Moravskoslezského kraje v první části teoreticky ukotvuje pojem brownfields, specifikuje základní pojmy a definice, popisuje vznik brownfields a všechny možnosti jejich dělení do kategorií. Dále uvádí základní pojmy v rámci procesu regenerace ploch vymezených jako brownfields a představuje důležité národní strategie regenerací a popisuje legislativní uchopení v rámci České republiky a Evropské unie. V souvislosti s regeneracemi vymezuje hlavní aktéry procesu a možnosti jejich spolupráce, a nakonec výhody a nevýhody, které s sebou regenerace přinášejí. Poslední teoretickou část tvoří vymezení pojmu rozvojový potenciál a možnosti jeho hodnocení, podle dostupné české i světové literatury. Empirická část je tvořena daty s veřejně dostupných databází brownfields, doplněné o vlastní výzkum a lokalizaci brownfields. Tato data jsou nejprve statisticky klasifikována. Je vytvořena struktura stávajících brownfields, jejich četnost v rámci okresů Moravskoslezského kraje, z pohledu původního využití, budoucího využití, dostupnosti infrastruktury. V rámci praktické části je navržen vlastní systém klasifikace brownfields podle rozvojového potenciálu a následná prezentace dat podle této klasifikace. V závěru práce jsou představeny výsledky vyhodnocení rozvojového potenciálu brownfields na studovaném území a představena doporučení pro úspěšnou regeneraci a rozvoj daných brownfields.The diploma thesis on the evaluation of the development potential of brownfields in the Moravian-Silesian Region, in the first part theoretically anchors the concept of brownfields, specifies the basic concepts and definitions, describes the formation of brownfields and all the possibilities of their division into categories. Furthermore, it introduces the basic concepts within the process of regeneration of areas defined as brownfields and presents important national regeneration strategies and describes the legislative framework within the Czech Republic and the European Union. In the context of regeneration, it introduces the main actors in the process and the possibilities of their cooperation, and finally the advantages and disadvantages that regeneration brings with it. The last theoretical part consists of the definition of the concept of development potential and the possibilities of its evaluation, according to the available Czech and international literature. The empirical part consists of data from publicly available databases of brownfields, supplemented by own research and localization of brownfields. These data are first statistically classified, the structure of existing brownfields is created, their frequency within the districts of the Moravian-Silesian Region, in terms of original use, future use, availability of infrastructure. In the practical part, the actual system of classification of brownfields according to development potential and the subsequent presentation of data according to this classification is not designed. In the conclusion of the thesis, the results of the evaluation of the development potential of brownfields in the study area are presented and recommendations for successful regeneration and development of the brownfields are presented.
