Jopeková, F. Ochrana osobních údajů zaměstnanců v praxi obchodní společnosti. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita, 2023 Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma ochrany osobních údajů a soukromí v pracovněprávních vztazích. Literární rešerše obsahuje základní pojmy této problematiky, legislativní požadavky České republiky, nebo působnost úřadu a následky nedodržování právní úpravy. V části vlastní práce jsou analyzovány procesy týkající se zpracování, ochrany osobních údajů a soukromí v daných obchodních společnostech. Tyto činnosti jsou zkoumány od výběrového procesu, přes průběh pracovního poměru, až po jeho skončení. Analýza je zaměřena na fyzická opatření ochrany, jakož i na legislativní požadavky obsažené v literární rešerši. V případě zjištění nedostatků v daných obchodních společnostech, budou navržena doporučení k jejich nápravě, aby byla v souladu s právní úpravou České republiky. Jopeková, F. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023 The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of protection of personal data and privacy of employees in the practise of the business organization. The literature research includes basic terminology of this topic, law requirements in the Slovak republic, the competence of the Office for personal data protection and consequences in case of not following the law. The original part analyses processing and protection of personal data and privacy of the employees. These activities begin in the process of recruiting the employees, then during the employment relationship and after termination of employment. The own research is devoted to both physical protection and legal requirements that have been mentioned in the literature research. In case of some deficiencies in the business organizations, there will be created propositions to ensure the compliance with the legislation of the Slovak Republic.
