Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vývoje poptávky na trhu se stavbami na bázi dřeva na území České republiky. Hlavním cílem práce byl tržní cenový průzkum nabídek dřevostaveb podle vybraných a zdůvodněných konstrukcí. Dále se práce zabývá vyhodnocením prodejnosti a identifikací potencionálně úspěšných konstrukcí v segmentu trhu České republiky. Práce v širším kontextu porovnává vybrané konstrukce dřevostaveb s cenami domů a bytů nedřevěných konstrukcí na základě podlahové plochy. V závěru práce jsou uvedené výsledky průzkumu jednotlivých firem zabývajícími se realizacemi dřevostaveb. Výsledky jsou založeny na dotazníku, ve kterém zástupci firem odpovídali na konkrétní otázky ve čtyřech oblastech (stavební společnost – pověřená osoba, stavební společnost – základní informace, zájem o dřevostavby, osobní názor respondenta). Zjištěné informace budou sloužit k upřesnění zájmu uživatelů České republiky o dřevostavby. Průzkum je určený především pro dodavatele těchto systémů konstrukcí. The bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of the development of demand on the market of wood-based constructions in the Czech Republic. The main goal of the work was a market price survey of offers of wooden buildings according to selected and justified constructions. Furthermore, the work deals with the evaluation of marketability and identification of potentially successful structures in the market segment of the Czech Republic. The work in a broader context compares selected structures of wooden buildings with the prices of houses and apartments of non-wooden structures based on the floor area. At the end of the work there are the results of an exploration of individual companies dealing with the implementation of wooden buildings. The results are based on a questionnaire in which representatives of companies answered specific questions in four areas (construction company – authorized person, construction company – main information, interest in wooden buildings, personal opinion of the respondent). The information obtained will serve to specify the interest of users of the Czech Republic in wooden buildings. The exploration is intended primarily for suppliers of these structural systems.
