Tato bakalářská práce je založena na pozorování výskytu a vývoje patogenů a také výskyt škůdců v porostu řepky ozimé v lokalitě Praskačka. Založení pokusu proběhlo v roce 2021 na pozemku firmy Pospíšil. Na čtyřech založených parcelách byla hodnocena četnost napadených rostlin některými patogeny v závislosti na počtu aplikovaných fungicidů. Na všech parcelách se v různé míře vyskytly příznaky chorob bílé hniloby, alternariové skvrnitosti, padlí brukvovitých a fómového černání stonku řepky. Ze škůdců byl v porostu pozorován výskyt dřepčíků, krytonosců a blýskáčka řepkového. This bachelor thesis is based on the observation of the occurrence and discharge of pathogens in a oilseed rape stand in the locality of Praskačka. The experiment was sown in 2021 on the field of Pospíšil company. The frequency of infected plants by some pathogens was evaluated in four established plots in relation to the number of fungicides applied. On all plots ,white mould, alternaria spot, powdery mildew of crucifers and phoma stem cancer. Among the pests, the occurrence of striped flea beetle, cabbage stem weevil and pollen beetlewas observed in the stand.
