Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací modelu na bazi umělé inteligence, který bude sloužit ke klasifikaci DNA sekvencí. V první části budou zmíněna stávající řešení, ve druhé části je pak uvedena samotná implementace řešení. Nad řešením bude provedena diskuze a budou zmíněna možná vylepšení nad tímto řešením. This thesis is about designing and implementing a neural network model, which classifies DNA sequences. The first part will mention current solutions. The second part will be about the implementation. There will be a discousion about this solution and possible updates will be mentioned.
