Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na porovnání fungování správy bytových domů na Slovensku a v České republice. Přibližuje rozdíly mezi správcem a společenstvím vlastníků bytů a nebytových prostoru a rozdílnými postupy správy v těchto dvou zemích. V poslední části práce je porovnání konkrétního bytového domu v původním stavu a po kompletní modernizaci interiéru a exteriéru tohoto bytového domu. The bachelor's thesis is focused on comparing of the procedures of the management of apartment buildings in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. It describes the differences between the administrator and the community of owners of residential and non-residential premises and the different administration procedures in these two countries. In the last part of the work, there is a comparison of a specific apartment building in its original state and after complete modernization of the interior and exterior of this apartment building.
