Tato práce se zabývá zhodnocením vybraných užitkových parametrů, které byly sledovány v konkrétním malopodniku zabývajícím se výkrmem prasat. V první části práce je zpracována literární rešerše. Nejprve je popsána situace v oblasti chovu prasat v České republice, jsou zde uvedena plemena prasat a jejich užitkové vlastnosti. Dále je popsán způsob ustájení, výživy a péče o prasata v průběhu výkrmu od selete do porážky. V druhé části bakalářské práce je popsán zvolený malopodnik a jsou zde uvedeny sledované hodnoty. Mezi ty patří průměrné denní přírůstky, průměrná spotřeba krmiva a konverze krmiva. Tyto parametry jsou zhodnoceny a v závěru práce jsou navržena doporučení podniku pro zefektivnění produkce. This thesis deals with the evaluation of selected utility parameters that were monitored in a specific small farm engaged in pig fattening. The first part of the work contains a literature review. Firstly, the situation in the field of pig breeding in the Czech Republic is described, including pig breeds and their utility properties. The method of housing, nutrition, and care for pigs during fattening from piglet to slaughter is then described. In the second part of the bachelor thesis, the specific small farm is described and the monitored values are presented. These include average daily gains, average feed consumption, and feed conversion. These parameters are evaluated, and measures to improve production efficiency are proposed for the farm.
