Pešková, B. Hmyzí protein v krmivech pro drůbež – kalkulace ceny produktu a marketingová strategie. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2023. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout a finančně vyčíslit marketingovou strategii pro krmiva drůbeže obsahující proteiny získané z povolených druhů hmyzu. Vedlejším cílem je kalkulace jejich ceny a srovnání se standardně používanými druhy krmiv. V literární rešerši je popsána problematika krmiv pro drůbež s obsahem hmyzího proteinu. Pro potenciální krmiva je vytvořena kalkulace jejich ceny. Práce také obsahuje dotazníkové výzkumy napříč třemi skupinami – výrobci krmiv pro drůbež, chovatelé drůbeže a koneční spotřebitelé drůbežího masa/vajec. Na konci je návrh marketingové strategie vč. jejího finančního odhadu. Pešková, B. Insect protein in poultry feed – calculation of product price and marketing strategy. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The main goal of this thesis is to propose and financially quantify a marketing strategy for poultry feed containing proteins obtained from permitted insect species. A further goal is the calculation of their price and comparison with standardly used types of feed. The issue of poultry feed containing insect protein is described in the literature review. For potential feed is created calculation of their price. The thesis also contains questionnaire surveys across three groups – poultry feed producers, poultry farmers and final consumers of poultry meat/eggs. At the end, there is proposal for a marketing strategy incl. of her financial estimate.
