Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ekonomickými aspekty fungování kartelů v hospodářství. Cílem práce je vysvětlit příčiny a motivace vzniku kartelů a identifikovat důsledky uzavřených kartelů na tržní mechanismus. Dále na základě konkrétních případů řešených Úřadem pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže vyhodnotit možnosti přístupů hospodářské politiky a také efekty protimonopolní regulace. Řezníčková, N. This diploma thesis deals with the economic aspects of the functioning of cartels in the economy. The aim of the work is to explain the causes and motivations of the emergence of cartels and to identify the consequences of closed cartels on the market mechanism. Furthermore, on the basis of specific cases handled by the Office for the Protection of Economic Competition, evaluate the possibilities of economic policy approaches as well as the effects of antimonopoly regulation.
