Grafenoxid (GO) se řadí do skupiny nanouhlíkatých materiálů (carbon-based nanomaterials, CBNs) a díky přítomnosti funkčních kyslíkových skupin, vzniklých při oxidaci grafenu, je schopný vázat různé molekuly. Tento mechanismus lze aplikovat v dopravě nutrientů nebo pesticidů a zefektivnit jejich aplikaci a přísun k rostlině. Síra je esenciální prvek ve výživě rostlin a zároveň má fungicidní vlastnosti. V této práci byl syntetizován GO a z něj připraveny dva nanokompozity obsahující síru. Následně byla provedena charakterizace GO a nanokompozitů. Nanokompozity byly otestovány na fytotoxicitu a proběhlo studium jejich potencionálních fungicidních vlastností. Oba nanokompozity vykázaly signifikantně fungistatické účinky při pokusech na miskách s médiem proti myceliu plísně šedé, avšak při ošetření listů rajčete je jejich inhibiční efekt vůči růstu mycelia málo účinný. Graphene oxide (GO) belongs to carbon-based nanomaterials (CBNs) and is capable of bonding with various molecules, thanks to the presence of functional oxygen groups in its structure, created during graphene oxidation. This mechanism can be applied on nutrient and pesticide delivery and improve their utilization by plants. Sulphur is an essential nutrient and also has fungicidal properties. In this study, graphene oxide was synthesized and used to make two nanocomposites containing sulphur. GO and nanocomposites were then characterized. Nanocomposites were tested for phytotoxicity, and their potential fungicidal properties were studied. Both nanocomposites showed significant fungistatic effect against grey mold when tested on plates with medium. However, when tomato leaves were treated with nanocomposites, inhibition effect against mycelium growth was ineffective.
