The Master thesis presents results of study on habitat selection of flightless steppe beetles including darkling beetle Blaps lethifera, ground-beetle Carabus hungaricus, two longicorns (Dorcadion spp.), and four oil beetle species (Meloe spp.) using pitfall traps in drygrassland fragment {--} the Pouzdrany steppe.
