Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využívání automatizovaných technologií, které se mohou využívat v účetní profesi ke zefektivnění práce a zejména při zpracovávání účetních dokladů. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat možnosti zavedení automatizace v rámci účetních procesů a na základě vlastních měření, sestavit model pro výpočet výhodnosti zavedení automatizace do účetní a daňové kanceláří. Díky podrobné analýze ručního zpracování faktur deseti pracovníků ve vybrané firmě byly zjištěny náklady, které firma musí vynakládat na jejich práci a které byly využity v modelu. Výsledky sestaveného modelu ukázaly, že náklady na manuální zpracování faktur jsou vyšší než náklady na zavedení softwaru určenému k vytěžování faktur a vyplatí se jí přistoupit k automatizaci. V závěru jsou výsledky zhodnoceny a formulovány doporučení, které pomohou i ostatním společnostem, při rozhodování se k zavedení automatizovaného zpracování účetních dokladů. The diploma thesis focuses on the use of automated technologies that can be used in the accounting profession to make work more efficient and especially in the processing of accounting documents. The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify the possibilities of introducing automation in accounting processes and, based on own measurements, to build a model for calculating the benefits of introducing automation in accounting and tax offices. Thanks to a detailed analysis of the manual invoice processing of ten employees in a selected firm, the costs that the firm has to spend on their work were identified and used in the model. The results of the model showed that the cost of manual invoice processing is higher than the cost of software designed for invoice extraction and it is worthwhile to proceed to automation. Finally, the results are evaluated and recommendations are formulated to help other companies when deciding to implement automated invoice processing.
