The paper describes the market environment in the field of wind energy. Its aim is to evaluate a concrete investment project of a wind turbine from an investor's point of view. The investor assesses a potential construction of a wind turbine through considering experts's judgments. As an example, three different variations of financing were chosen. On each of these variations standard methods of effectiveness evaluation were applied Předkládaná práce popisuje prostředí na trhu s větrnou energií. Jejím cílem je vyhodnotit konkrétní investiční projekt větrné elektárny. Pro ilustraci jsou zvoleny tři modely financování, na které jsou aplikovány standardní metody hodnocení efektivnosti investice.
