[cze][eng] Předmětem této diplomové práce je vývoj společnosti z oboru stavebnictví PORR a. s. v období pandemie COVID-19. Hlavním cílem je rozlišit krizová a inovační opatření zavedená ve společnosti v období pandemie COVID-19. Součástí práce je zkoumání digitálních technologií zavedených ve společnosti PORR a. s. jako reakce na pandemickou situaci COVID-19. Práce je zaměřena na vývoj a inovační opatření ve společnosti PORR a. s. v období pandemie COVID-19, která byla zavedena v roce 2009. První část práce je zaměřena na vývoj České republiky a stavebnictví v období před pandemií a v jejím průběhu. Na základě dostupné literatury definujeme opatření, která stát a stavební firmy v období pandemie realizovaly s cílem minimalizovat rizika a zajistit kontinuitu projektů. Přibližujeme také potřeby a příležitosti krizového řízení, které stavebním firmám v tomto období přinesla pandemie COVID-19. Ve druhé části PORR Inc. spolu s identifikací opatření zavedených během pandemie COVID-19. Na základě analýzy finančních ukazatelů poskytnutých společností a doplněných otevřenými rozhovory s vedením společnosti, hlavním ekonomem a zaměstnanci jednotlivých oddělení společnosti byl v souvislosti s opatřeními zavedenými během pandemie identifikován dopad jednotlivých zavedených protipandemických opatření na výkonnost společnosti. Stavebnictví v posledních dvou desetiletích postupně přijímá digitální technologie, protože "technologický tlak" stále překonává obvyklou pasivitu typickou pro toto odvětví. Společnost PORR a.s. v období pandemie aplikovala několik digitálních pro- opatření, jako jsou digitální podpisy, ekonomický systém SAP, implementace sta-veb v online prostoru, využití BIM a 3D technologií na stavbách. Hlavním cílem společnosti v období pandemie bylo minimalizovat dopady na podnikání v době pandemie, jako jsou zvýšené náklady na materiál, prodloužené termíny dokončení staveb a snaha o usnadnění práce zaměstnancům. Díky rychlé reakci na pandemickou situaci, zavedení protipandemických opatření a opatření na podporu práce zaměstnanců byla společnost schopna zvládnout výpadek spojený s pandemií v roce 2020, a to se ziskem v následujícím roce. Závěrečným přínosem práce je souhrnné vymezení a rozlišení opatření zavedených v době pandemie společností PORR a. s., na opatření patřící do skupiny krizových opatření a inovativní opatření, která může stavební firma přijmout v době jiných, obdobných společenských situací, ohrožujících chod firmy.The subject of the present thesis is the development of a company in the construction industry, PORR a. s. during the COVID-19 pandemic. The main objective is to distinguish the crisis and innovation measures introduced in the company during the COVID-19 pandemic. Part of the thesis is to examine the digital technologies intro-duced in PORR a. s. as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic situation. The first part of the thesis focuses on the development of the Czech Republic and the construction industry in the period before and during the pandemic. Based on the available literature, we define the measures implemented by the state and construction companies during the pandemic period in order to minimize the risk and ensure the continuity of projects. We also zoom in on the crisis management needs and opportunities that the COVID-19 pandemic brought to construction companies at this time. In the second part, PORR Inc. together with the identification of the measures put in place during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the analysis of the financial indicators provided by the company and supplemented by openended interviews with the company's management, chief economist and the company's employees in each department, in relation to the measures introduced during the pandemic, the impact of the various anti-pandemic measures introduced on the company's performance has been identified. The construction industry has gradually embraced digital technologies over the last two decades as the 'technology push' continues to overcome the usual passivity typical of the industry. PORR a. s. has applied several digital pro-measures during the pandemic period, such as digital signature, SAPP economic system, implementation of stbuildings in the online space, use of BIM and 3D technology on construction sites. The company's main objective during the pandemic was to minimize the impact on the business during the pandemic, such as increased material costs, extended construction completion dates and efforts to make work easier for employees. By reacting quickly to the pandemic situation, implementing anti-pandemic and work support measures for employees, the company was able to overcome the downturn associated with the pandemic in 2020 with a profit in the following year. The final contribution of the thesis is a summary definition and differentiation of the measures introduced at the time of the pandemic by PORR a. s., into measures belonging to the group of crisis measures and innovative measures that can be taken by the construction company at the time of other, similar social situations, threatening the operation of the company.
