Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem informačního centra na e-shopu firmy prodávající nehtovou kosmetiku. Firma Bio-nails se specializuje na prodej hypo-alergenní kosmetiky na nehty i pleť. Informační architektura centra je navrhnuta pomocí internetového nástroje pro tvorbu myšlenkových map. Literární část vy-světluje témata z oblasti marketingu a informační architektury. Analytická část obsahuje analýzu konkurence a jejího poradenství, analýzu vybrané firmy, jejího USP a cílové skupiny a obsahu vybraných stránek webu. Spojením poznatků z analýz firmy, jejího obsahu a ostatních analýz je vytvořen návrh. Součástí návr-hové části je návrh informační architektury nového informačního centra a doporu-čení na chatbot, založené na něm. V závěru obsahuje práce přibližnou kalkulaci nákladů na realizaci návrhu. Bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal of the information centre for the e-shop of a company selling nail cosmetics. The company Bio-nails specializes in selling hypo-allergenic cosmetics for nails and skin. The information centre architecture is designed using an internet-based mind mapping tool. The literary part explains topics in marketing and information architecture. The analytical part includes an analysis of the competitors and their advice center, an analysis of the selected company, its USP and target group and the content of the selected web pages. By combining the findings from the analysis of the company, its content and other analyses, a proposal is created. The proposal part includes the design of the infor-mation architecture of the new information center and the recommendation for a chatbot based on it. Finally, the paper contains an approximate cost calculation for the implementation of the proposal.
