Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení podmínek pro realizaci investice do fotogrammetrického skeneru pro vybraný podnik. Hlavním cílem práce je posoudit, zda se pro podnik daná investice ekonomicky vyplatí, či nikoliv. K dosažení stanoveného cíle je stanoven způsob financování investice, odhadnut vývoj výnosů a provozních nákladů a jsou predikovány peněžní toky plynoucí z investičního projektu. Na základě zjištěných údajů je vyhodnocena ekonomická efektivnost investice za pomoci dynamických metod. This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of conditions for the realization of an investment in a photogrammetric scanner for a selected company. The main aim of the thesis is to assess whether the investment is economically worthwhile for the enterprise or not. In order to achieve the stated objective, it is necessary to first determine the method of financing the investment, estimate the development of revenues and operating costs and predict the cash flows resulting from the investment project. On the basis of the obtained data, the economic efficiency of the investment is evaluated using dynamic methods.
