Shrnutí Práce se zabývá především granity melechovského masívu a granity i metamorfity v jeho jižním okolí. Přináší hlavně informace o nejvýznamnějších akcesorických minerálech a do různé míry doplňuje poznatky o geochemii a petrologii příslušných hornin. Největší pozornost je zaměřena na apatit, monazit a oxidy Fe-Ti. Fluorapatit (dále jen "apatit") je běžný ve všech granitoidech i pararulách. V metamorfitech a málo frakcionovaných granitech (typ Lipnice a Pavlov) je značně homogenní a jen výjimečně jeví známky koroze. Ve frakcionovanějších granitech byl s využitím katodoluminiscence dokumentován komplikovaný vývoj apatitu. Katodoluminiscenci ovlivňují především příměsi Fe, Mn, Y a REE, jak je popsáno v literatuře, ale také účinek ozáření, který se neprojevuje v optickém ani elektronovém mikroskopu, a nerovnosti povrchu. Obsahy Na, Fe, Mn, Y a REE jsou vyšší uvnitř nealterovaných krystalů. Ze stanovení stopových prvků v apatitu bodovými analýzami (ICP-MS-LA) v granitech melechovského masívu vyplývá, že primární nealterovaný apatit se odlišuje od alterovaného nebo pozdního apatitu také vyšším U a nižším Sr, hlubší negativní europiovou anomálií a výraznějším tetrádovým efektem typu M. Tato skutečnost umožňuje vysvětlit, proč analýzy separovaného apatitu rozpuštěného ve zředěné kyselině vykazují jen méně... The thesis deals with granites and paragneisses prevalently in the area of northern Moldanubian Batholith (especially the Melechov massif). The main object are accessory minerals, also some information replenishing the knowledge about geochemistry and petrography of studied rocks has been obtained. The research has been focused mainly on phosphates and Fe-Ti oxides. Fluorapatite (only "apatite" in the following text) is common in all granitoids as well as paragneisses. In metamorphic rocks and in little fractionated granites (the Lipnice and Pavlov types), apatite is very homogeneous and only exceptionally corroded. In more fractionated granites, complicated evolution of apatite has been documented with the usage of cathodoluminescence. The cathodoluminescence is influenced mainly with admixtures of Fe, Mn, Y and REE, as documented in literature. In addition, irradiation (mainly from monazite inclusions) darkens the luminescence, and the influence of uneven surface is also significant. The contents of Na, Fe, Mn, Y and REE are higher in the interior of unaltered crystals. Trace-elemnt determination (LA-ICP-MS) in apatite in granites of Melechov massif also shows that the unaltered primary apatite has also higher U and lower Sr content, deeper negative Eu-anomaly, and more pronounced M-type tetrad...
