[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce zkoumá změny v životním stylu seniorů v souvislosti s využitím sociální služby - pečovatelská služba. V dnešní době podle výzkumů demografického vývoje společnosti výrazně narůstá počet starých lidí. V souvislosti s tímto jevem roste i potřeba věnovat se otázce bydlení seniorů. Pro každého starého člověka je samozřejmě domovem místo, kde žije. Někdy však nastává situace, kdy zdravotní stav seniora již nedovoluje déle setrvat mu v jeho přirozeném prostředí a rodina nemůže, neumí nebo dokonce se nechce o něj postarat. Nastává naléhavá potřeba přesunu seniora do jiného zařízení, kde nalezne potřebnou péči. K jedné z mnoha možností bydlení patří i bydlení v domě s pečovatelskou službou. Klienti zde nacházejí potřebné služby, které jim napomáhají k tomu, aby mohli co nejdéle zůstat alespoň částečně soběstační. Cílem práce bylo zjistit změny, které nastávají v životním stylu seniorů po přesunu do domu s pečovatelskou službou, důvody přesunu a v neposlední řadě také využití možností nabízených sociálních služeb. K dosažení výsledků byl aplikován kvalitativní výzkum, především technika standardizovaného řízeného rozhovoru a kasuistiky klientů. K doplnění výzkumu byla použita sekundární analýza dat ze sociální dokumentace klientů. Výzkum byl uskutečněn u devíti náhodně vybraných respondentů z třech domů s pečovatelskou službou na Českobudějovicku, jejichž poskytovatelem je společnost Ledax o.p.s. Rozhovor vycházel z předem připraveného seznamu otázek a témat. Zásadním kriteriem, které jsem zvolila, byl uspokojivý zdravotní i duševní stav respondenta, jenž mi umožňoval rozhovor. Z odpovědí získaných výzkumným rozhovorem vyplývá, že senioři jsou v novém bydlišti spokojenější a přestěhování se do domu s pečovatelskou službou vnímají spíše pozitivně. Na základě provedeného výzkumu se domnívám, že cíle práce byly splněny. Bakalářskou práci lze využít k prohloubení informovanosti ostatních seniorů a jejich rodinných příslušníků o možnostech bydlení a zároveň využívání sociálních služeb v domě s pečovatelskou službou. Tato práce může být též využita jako zpětná vazba pro personál domu s pečovatelskou službou v oblasti spokojenosti klientů s nabízenými sociálními službami. This diploma paper deals with the changes in the lifestyle of senior citizens in relation to used social services of ``Day Care{\crq}q. At the present time, demographic survey findings show that the number of senior citizens is growing. This trend goes hand in hand with the issue of housing senior citizens that is seen as pressing. Naturally, every senior person sees a home as a place where they live. However, there are sometimes situations when the health state of a senior person does not allow them to live in their natural environment any longer and their family are not able, cannot or even do not want to look after them. There is a pressing need to move such a person to a different facility where they find all necessary care. One of many housing options can be seen in living at a day-care house. Clients find necessary services here that help them to remain self-reliant, be it partly, as long as possible. The objective of the paper was to find out about the changes that take place in the lifestyle of senior citizens after moving them to a day-care house, about the reasons of moving and, last but not least, about the use of the social service on offer. A qualitative research mode was adopted to acquire the results, in particular the method of controlled interview and clients{\crq} case reports. A secondary analysis of data from clients{\crq} social documentation was used to complement the research. The research was carried out with nine respondents chosen at random at three day-care houses in the region of České Budějovice operated by company Ledax o.p.s. The interviews were based on a list of questions and topics prepared in advance. The basic criterion chosen was a satisfactory health and mental state of the respondents enabling the interviews to take place. The responses obtained through the research interviews show the senior citizens are happier in their new dwellings and they perceive their move to a day-care house positively. Based on the research, I presume that the set objectives have been met. The diploma paper can be used to deepen the informedness of other senior citizens and the members of their families of housing options and the use of social services in day-care houses. This paper may be used as feedback for staff at day-care houses in relation to their clients{\crq} satisfaction with offered social services.
