Tato bakalářská práce sjednocuje informace týkající se fixace dusíku v půdě. Detailněji se věnuje biologické nesymbiotické fixaci (fixaci volně žijících organismů) se zaměřením na půdy jehličnatých lesů a zabývá se faktory, které ovlivňují její rychlost. Experimentální část spočívá ve stanovení rychlosti nesymbiotické fixace v půdách odebraných v rámci monitoringu čtrnácti malých lesních povodí v Čechách. Rychlost fixace byla měřena metodou inkorporace 15N2, která byla doplněna stanovením kvantity bakteriálního nifH genu kódujícího jeden z proteinů enzymu nitrogenázy. This bachelor thesis summarises the information about nitrogen fixation with an emphasis on the biological non-symbiotic (free-living organisms) fixation in soil of temperate coniferous forests and it also discusses critical factors, which have an impact on the fixation efficiency. The experimental part evaluates the potential rate of non-symbiotic nitrogen fixation in soil samples from fourteen temperate forest catchments in the Czech Republic. The 15N2-incorporation method was used, complemented by the determination of the quantity of the bacterial nifH gene, which encodes one of the nitrogenase's proteins.
