Cílem diplomové práce na téma {\clq}qModerní organizační architektura a její vliv na podnikový proces`` je analýza současné organizační struktury společnosti Jungheinrich, s.r.o. působící na českém podnikatelském trhu a návrh nové optimální organizační architektury. V první části diplomové práce jsou teoretické informace o moderních organizačních strukturách. Zdrojem informací jsou převážně odborné knihy,ale i časopisy a internetové stránky, které jsou uvedeny v přehledu použité literatury. Analytická část je zaměřena na podrobný popis a analýzu společnosti Jungheinrich a její organizační struktury. Mezi důležité části této kapitoly patří schéma aktuální organizační architektury, STEP a SWOT analýza podniku, které nám umožní vytvoření celkové představy o společnosti. Důkladné seznámení s firmou je nezbytné pro syntetickou část diplomové práce, která je zaměřena na aplikaci optimální organizační architektury a definování jejího vlivu na podnikový proces. Novým seskupením jednotlivých útvarů a úseků chce autor dosáhnout jednodušší organizace a řízení společnosti pomocí zvýšení produktivity práce a menšímu počtu vedoucích pracovníků. Hlavním přínosem pro společnost Jungheinrich, s.r.o. je snížení mzdových nákladů. The aim of my thesis "Modern Architecture and its organizational impact on business processes``, is to analyze the current organizational structure of Jungheinrich, Ltd. operating on the Czech market, and to design a new optimal organizational architecture. The first section of the thesis focuses on theoretical information about modern organizational structures. Information sources are mostly professional books, magazines and websites, which are presented in the literature appendix. The analytical part focuses on the detailed description and analysis of Jungheinrich and its organizational structure. Among the important parts of this chapter belongs the current organizational chart of Architecture, STEP and SWOT analysis, that allow us to create overall picture of the company. Proper screening of the company is necessary for the synthesis of the thesis, which focuses on the application of optimal organizational architecture and defines its impact on business processes. By the regrouping of departments and sections author wants to achieve simpler organization and management of the company - increase productivity and fewer managers. The main benefit for the company Jungheinrich, Ltd. is to reduce labor costs.
