Název: Právní a daňové aspekty financování ČEZ Basketball Nymburk, a. s. Cíle: Hlavním úkolem práce je zjistit způsob financování sportovní podnikatelské organizace na území České republiky, její právní vymezení a daňové povinnosti. Dílčím cílem je zhodnocení hospodaření Basketball Nymburk, a. s. z hlediska výnosů a nákladů, které povedou ke zjištění hospodářského výsledku společnosti. Tyto informace nám poté poslouží k odhadu případných daňových povinností. Dalším dílčím cílem je stanovit vliv legislativních a daňových aspektů na financování společnosti. Metody: V bakalářské práci je použita metoda klasifikační analýzy a metoda indukce. Metoda analýzy byla využita pro získání potřebných informací ze zákonů a z účetních uzávěrek. Metoda indukce byla použita pro definování zákonitostí financování Basketball Nymburk s ohledem na legislativní a daňové povinnosti a určení jejich vlivu na ekonomickou situaci této sportovní organizace. Výsledky: Analýza ukázala, že subjekt působí v posledních letech za hranicí ziskovosti, eviduje tedy každý rok ekonomickou ztrátu. V roce 2013 činila ztráta 2 154 tis. Kč a 6 700 tis. Kč v roce 2014. Bylo zjištěno, že společnost za poslední 3 roky, odvedla daně pouze v roce 2013 ve výši 206 tis. Kč. Jednalo se o daň z příjmu. Stalo se tak i přes svůj záporný ekonomický... Title: Legal and tax aspects of financing ČEZ Basketball Nymburk, JSC Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to delineate the form of financing sports bussiness company in Czech republic, its legal definition and tax liability. A partial objective is to evaluate the economic situation of the Basketball Nymburk, JSC in terms of revenues and costs, which will lead to determine the economic result. This information will serve to estimate potential tax obligations. Another partial objective is to depict the impact of legislative and tax aspects on the economic situation. Methods: A classification analysis and a method of induction were used in this thesis. Analysis was used to obtain the necessary information from the law. The induction method was used to define the financing of Basketball Nymburk with respect to legal and tax obligations and also depict their impact on the economic situation of the sports organization. Results: Analysis has shown that company hasn't prospered in recent years. In 2013 the economic loss was 2 154 thousand Czech crowns and in 2014 there was another economic loss of 6 700 thousand Czech crowns.
