[cze][eng] SOUHRN: Totální endoprotéza kyčelního kloubu Tato bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku implantace totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu a bezprostřední rehabilitace po této operaci. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První (teoretická) část blíže seznamuje s kyčelním kloubem z několika pohledů, zejména z hlediska anatomie, kineziologie a biomechaniky. Zabývá se degenerativními onemocněními, indikacemi k totální endoprotéze, stručnou historií těchto operací, materiálů, přístupů, komplikací. V příloze pak jsou nedoporučované činnosti, aktivity, kterých je třeba se vyvarovat a jednoduchá cvičební jednotka po TEP kyčle. Druhá (praktická) část byla zpracována na základě souvislé odborné praxe v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze, ktrá proběhla v termínu od 12.ledna do 6.února 2009. V této části je popsána kazuistika pacientky po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu, proběhlé terapie po dnech, vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobé a dlouhodobé cíle a plány a také celkové zhodnocení výsledků proběhlé terapie. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first (theoretical) part gets acquainted with hip joint, perspective of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics.
