Diplomant ve své práci v úvodu vysvětlí co to je nelegální migrace a jakou oblast fenoménu nelegální migrace hodlá ve své práci analyzovat. Rozdělí jednotlivé kategorie nelegální migrace. Popíše změnu situace v Československu po listopadu roku 1989 a bude se též věnovat popisu situace ve střední Evropě obecně (migračních cest, důvodů migrace,). Samotným výzkumným tématem Tomáše Mana pak bude otázka jakým způsobem Česká republika reagovala na novou výzvu v podobě nelegální migrace - přes české území, do ČR, nelegální překračování hranic atd..) pohledem Policie ČR a Ředitelství služby cizinecké a pohraniční policie MV ČR. Tomáš Man popíše tedy zejména situaci v oblastech: In this disertation I deal with the problem of illegal migration in our country after the year 1989 from the Police forces point of view. I try to compare streams of migration from the historical aspect {--} which is represented by beginning or fall of iron curtain and evaluace the situation after the entry to the European Union. Next I want to analyze the phenomenon of illegal migration in the frame of graduate spreading of the Schengen Area a I try to resume stats of the illegal migration from The Czech Statistical Office and Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. That is way I want to refer to that illegal migrants we can allure to the final state by legal way when we use unitary and synoptical imigration laws and cooperation with the third countries.
