Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s projevy agrese vlivem syndromu z odnětí návykové látky na metabolických jednotkách intenzivní péče. Dotazníkové šetření bylo provedeno u všeobecných sester, zdravotnických záchranářů a praktických sester. Byly stanoveny tři dílčí cíle, které měly detekovat nejpoužívanější ošetřovatelské intervence ve zkoumané problematice, míru vnímané psychické a fyzické zátěže zdravotního personálu a jejich zájem o rozšířené vzdělávání v této problematice. Teoretická východiska práce se zabývají definicemi návykového užívání, druhy návykových látek (NL), syndromem z odnětí a specifiky ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s projevy agrese včetně vzdělávání a právních aspektů použití omezovacích prostředků ve zdravotnických zařízení. Pro sběr dat k řešení výzkumné části byly použity anonymní nestandardizované dotazníky (příloha č. 1) určené pro všeobecné sestry zdravotnické záchranáře a praktické sestry, pracující na metabolických jednotkách intenzivní péče ve vybraných fakultních nemocnicích v Praze. Závěrem diplomové práce je souhrnné doporučení pro klinickou praxi z oblasti ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s projevy agrese po vysazení návykové látky na základě porovnání výsledků výzkumné části diplomové práce a zahraničních zdrojů. Klíčová slova... The thesis deals with the issue of nursing care in patients with manifestations of aggression due to substance withdrawal syndrome in metabolic intensive care units. A questionnaire survey was carried out among general nurses, paramedics, and nurse practitioners. Three sub-objectives were established: to identify the most frequently utilized nursing interventions related to the studied issue, to assess the perceived psychological and physical burdens on healthcare staff, and to gauge their interest in further education on this matter. The theoretical background of the thesis deals with definitions of substance use, types of substance abuse, withdrawal syndrome and specifics of nursing care for patients with manifestations of aggression, including education and legal aspects of the use of restraints in health care settings. To collect data for the research part, anonymous non-standardized questionnaires (see appendix) were used for general nurses and nurse practitioners working in metabolic intensive care units in selected university hospitals in Prague. The thesis concludes with a summary of recommendations for nursing practice in the area of nursing care of patients with manifestations of aggression after withdrawal from addictive substances based on a comparison of the results of the research...
