[cze][eng] Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit systém motivace zaměstnanců v podniku Česká pošta, s. p. se zaměřením na pobočku Tachov. Na základě zjištěných údajů zhodnotit a případně navrhnout doporučení pro jeho zlepšení. V literární části práce je shrnuta daná problematika získaná studiem odborné literatury v oblasti motivace. Navazující praktická část v úvodu popisuje obecnou charakteristiku podniku, v hlavní části je pak uvedena analýza motivačního systému, která je zaměřená na pobočku Tachov. V závěrečné části je vyhodnocen dotazník, který je uveden v příloze práce. Dále jsou srovnány data se současným stavem motivačního systému a případné navržení na jeho zlepšení pro vybranou pobočku Tachov.The object of this Bachelor Thesis is evalution of the employee{\crq}s motivational system in the company Česká pošta, s.p. (Czech Post, State Company). On the basis of the found data to evaluate this system and appropriately to make a proposal for its improvement. In the literary part of the Thesis are recapitulated questions acquired by study of the professional literature in the field of motivation. In the introduction of the following practical part is described a Common Company profile, in the main part is mentioned analysis of the motivational system in the post station Tachov. In the conclusion part is evaluated the questionary enclosed in the Thesis. Data is compared with actual state of the motivational system.
