Cílem bakalářské práce bylo provést analýzu a hodnocení stylu vedení ve vybrané společnosti z pohledu koncových jednotek s případným návrhem změn vedoucích ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu. První část práce se zabývá osobností manažera, teoriemi vedení lidí a motivací, druhá část popisuje historii, současnost, organizační strukturu a analýzu stylu vedení vybrané společnosti. The objective of this bachelor thesis was to perform analysis and review management style in company Quelle ltd. from the view of terminal units and to suggest changes if necessary. The first part of thesis deals with the manager{\crq}s character and several theories of leadership.The second part of thesis includes the history, present situation, organization structure and following analysis of the leadership style in company.
