Bakalářská práce se zabývá spoluprací s rodinou ve vybraném domově se zvláštním režimem ve vztahu k zajištění kvalitní péče o seniora. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení procesu stáří a stárnutí, pojednává o syndromu demence s návazností na dlouhodobou péči s důrazem na domovy se zvláštním režimem a možnosti spolupráce s rodinou. Praktická část je provedena kvalitativními polostrukturovanými rozhovory s rodinnými příslušníky klientů domova a focus group se sociálními pracovníky domova. Jejím cílem je identifikovat potřeby, současné problémy a představy o možnostech spolupráce rodin klientů a sociálních pracovníků vybraného domova se zvláštním režimem ve vztahu k zajištění kvalitní péče o seniora. V závěru práce jsou obsažena doporučení vzešlá z výsledků výzkumného šetření ohledně zlepšení spolupráce sociálních pracovníků s rodinami ve vztahu k zajištění kvalitní péče o seniora. The bachelor's thesis deals with cooperation with a family in a selected home with a special regime in relation to ensuring quality care for the senior. The theoretical part contains the definition of the process of old age and aging, it discusses the dementia syndrome with follow-up to long-term care with an emphasis on homes with a special regime and the possibilities of cooperation with the family. The practical part is carried out through qualitative semi-structured interviews with family members of the home's clients and a focus group with the home's social workers. Its goal is to identify the needs, current problems and ideas about the possibilities of mutual cooperation in relation to ensuring quality care for the senior. The conclusion of the work contains recommendations arising from the results of the research for improving the cooperation of social workers with families in relation to ensuring quality care for the senior.
