Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem komunikace a stresu v pracovních týmech. Hlavním cílem je shrnout aktuální poznatky týkající se komunikace v týmech, kterých se v souvislosti s rostoucím významem virtuální komunikace urychleným pandemií covid-19 objevilo mnoho, a také porozumět tomu, jak spokojenost s kvantitou a kvalitou komunikace člena týmu s ostatními ovlivňuje individuálně vnímaný stres. Teoretická část se věnuje třem stěžejním tématům: pracovním týmům, pracovní zátěži a vlivu pandemie covid-19. Nejprve představuje pojem pracovní tým a podmínky týmové práce se zaměřením na komunikaci. Dále nastiňuje zvládání zátěže v týmech a protektivní působení týmu na duševní zdraví jednotlivce. V neposlední řadě představuje faktory pracovní zátěže a klíčové teorie pracovního stresu. Empirická část si kladla za cíl zjistit, zda spokojenost s frekvencí a kvalitou komunikace jedince s ostatními členy týmu predikuje jím vnímaný stres, a to při zohlednění příslušnosti k týmu. Na datech pocházejících z projektu H-work byla provedena hierarchická korelační analýza. Nebyl nalezen signifikantní vztah mezi rozdílem současné a optimální frekvence komunikace ani kvalitou komunikace v týmu a individuálně vnímaným stresem. Výsledky jsou překvapivé vzhledem k tomu, co naznačuje dosavadní odborná literatura na toto téma... The bachelor thesis deals with the relationship between communication and stress in work teams. The main objective is to summarize current findings regarding communication in teams, which have emerged in the context of the increasing importance of virtual communication accelerated by the covid-19 pandemic, and to understand how satisfaction with the quantity and quality of a team member's communication with others affects individually perceived stress. The theoretical part concentrates on three key topics: work teams, workload and the impacts of the covid-19 pandemic. First, it introduces the concept of work teams and the conditions of teamwork with a focus on communication. Next, it outlines coping with workload in teams and the protective effect of teams on individual mental health. Finally, it introduces workload factors and key theories of work stress. The empirical part aimed to determine whether satisfaction with frequency and quality of an individual's communication with other team members predicts perceived stress, while taking into account team membership. A multilevel correlation analysis was performed on data from the H-work project.
