Spotřeba vybraných biologických léčivých přípravků a biosimilars v České republice Autor: Olha Vasko Vedoucí diplomové práce: PharmDr. Simona Dvořáčková, Ph.D. Katedra sociální a klinické farmacie Farmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králové, Univerzita Karlova v Praze Úvod: Biosimilars představují alternativu k inovativním biologickým léčivým přípravkům, přispívají ke zlepšení efektivity léčby a umožnují pacientům získat přistup k finančně nákladné terapii vážných onemocnění. Cíl: Cílem praktické části diplomové práce byla analýza trendů spotřeby vybraných biologických léčiv a biosimilars na území České republiky v letech 2008-2022. Druhotným cílem praktické části byla analýza nákladů na vybrané biologické léčivé přípravky a biosimilars v jednotlivých letech. Metodika: Byla hodnocena data o spotřebě léčiv z databáze Státního ústavu pro kontrolu léčiv během let 2008-2022. Pro zpracování výsledků byly využity hodnoty definovaných denních dávek, které byly následně převedeny na počet definovaných denních dávek na 1000 obyvatel a den (DID). Pro retrospektivní analýzu trendů ve spotřebě léčiv byla použita deskriptivní statistika. Do analýzy byla zahrnuta následující léčiva: filgrastim, pegfilgrastim, lipegfilgrastim, teriparatid, denosumab, somatropin, somatrogon, mekasermin. Výsledky: Během sledovaného... Objective: The objective of the practical part of the diploma thesis was to analyze trends in drug utilization of specific biotherapeutic agents and biosimilars in the Czech Republic between 2008-2022. The secondary aim of the practical part was analysis of the expenditures for specific biotherapeutic agents and biosimilars in given period. Methods: Drug utilization from the database of the State Institute for Drug Control has been evaluated from 2008 until 2022. The values of defined daily doses were used to process the results, which were subsequently converted to the number of defined daily doses per 1000 inhabitants per day (DID).
